The ZWILLING TWIN® Pollux Chinese chef's knife has an 18.5cm blade and is ideal for ambitious beginners who place a high value on exceptional quality and design. Perfect for preparing meat, fish and vegetables using traditional Chinese cutting techniques, this slim blade has a large surface area and very sharp cutting edge so you can chop up a wide variety of ingredients reliably and safely. The knife also features a refined three-rivet handle for maximum comfort while cutting and bears the red ZWILLING logo to reiterate its high-quality design. The Chinese chef's knife's blade is made from ZWILLING special formula steel, which undergoes a special ice hardening process to achieve an even higher quality finish. The FRIODUR® blade is extremely corrosion-resistant and flexible and has exceptional edge-retaining capabilities. Not intended for rough chopping, the TWIN Pollux Chinese chef's knife is best used to prepare meat and vegetables using traditional Chinese cutting techniques and for creating delicious, exotic dishes.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
