Gift Vouchers
Sale of Gift Vouchers in denominations of SGD $5, $10, $20, $50, $100, with validity of 2 years from date of purchase. Metro Gift Vouchers may be utilised within physical Metro Department Stores.
GST Refund
Visitors to Singapore may apply for GST Refund for purchases of $100 and above (accumulate up to three same-day receipts). Present receipt/s with original Passport and Electronic Visit Pass (ePass) at the Customer Service Counter for the GST refund service.

You can collect your online purchases in store at our Customer Service Counters once you have received an email notification that your order is ready for collection.
Hotel & Home Delivery Service*
Enjoy Complimentary delivery within Singapore with a minimum purchase of $350 nett at any metro store.
For purchases below the indicated qualifier, a transport fee of $15 applies.

Metro stores will charge 10c for shopping bags.
All proceeds will be donated to WWF Singapore's Plastic ACTion (PACT) Initiative.

Food From The Heart
Metro has partnered Food from the Heart, to provide food donation collection points at Metro Store's Customer Service Counters and delivery of the food donations to Food from the Heart.
To make food donations to Food from the Heart at Metro, please proceed to Metro Customer Service Counter during our store operating hours.
Greensquare
Metro has partnered Greensquare in efforts to promote textile recycling through the provision of textile recycling collection boxes at Metro Stores. Textiles collected will be reused, repaired and/ or repurposed through Greensquare.
To make textile donations (i.e. clothes and shoes that are in reusable condition, and that are not torn, dirty, stained or mouldy), please proceed to the Customer Service Counter at Metro Causeway Point and/ or Metro Paragon during our store operating hours.
