VISIONS cookware is renowned as the amber-coloured, see-through range of cookpots and saucepans. Like CORNINGWARE, it is made of a special glass ceramic material that is thermal shock resistant. Which means it will not break from a sudden change in temperature. Even in extreme temperatures, it never goes out of shape.
VISIONS transparency makes it easier to monitor what’s cooking and helps to avoid messy boilovers, evaporated soup and tedious clean-up. The risk of overcooking is also minimized, resulting in more nutritious and healthier meals. VISIONS is extremely versatile – not only is it ideal for stovetop cooking, but can also be used in the oven, the microwave, under the grill, in the refrigerator and in the dishwasher. It therefore offers the convenience of preparing, cooking, serving and storing in one vessel.
VISIONS is non-porous and non-reactive so it does not absorb odours or stains from food, unlike some metals. Due to its excellent heat retention qualities, it is ideal for liquid based cooking such as soups and curries. In addition, it is economical on fuel as medium heat is recommended for optimal cooking results and this makes cooking convenient and energy efficient.
All VISIONS cookware base comes with a 10-year warranty against thermal breakages and the Pyrex glass cover come with a 2-year warranty against thermal breakages from the date of purchase. For warranties to apply, Use and Care instructions must be followed and product must be returned. Accidental breakage from impact is not covered by warranty.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
