Care & Usage Instructions:
- Cook up to ¾ full to avoid overflow.
- Use low to medium heat to prevent sticking and save energy, thanks to the triple-ply body that distributes heat evenly.
- On gas stoves, keep the flame below the pot’s bottom edge; on hot plates, use a burner equal to or smaller than the pot’s diameter.
- Always dissolve salt in boiling water or add it early during cooking to protect the cookware.
- Avoid stacking pots of the same diameter while heating to prevent vacuum seals and damage.
- Stains from starchy foods (like rice or pasta) can be removed using lemon juice, vinegar, or Tramontina Stainless Steel Polish.
- Do not leave food in the pot for long periods to avoid salt-induced stains or corrosion.
- Wash with mild detergent and a sponge; avoid harsh abrasives. Rinse with warm water and dry immediately to maintain shine.
- Never place an empty pot on heat, and only place hot cookware on heat-resistant surfaces.
- To remove stickers, wipe with a damp cloth and ethanol, then wash.
