The SwitchBot Motion Sensor (White) is a smart device designed to detect motion in your home or office and keep you informed in real-time. It features a wide detection range of up to 5 meters and a 120° field of view, ensuring reliable monitoring of rooms, entrances, or corridors. When connected to a SwitchBot Hub Mini, it can send push notifications, trigger voice alerts, or activate automated Scenes with other SwitchBot devices, such as lights, plugs, or cameras. Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
