The SwitchBot Keypad Touch (Fingerprint) is a smart access solution designed to simplify and secure entry to your home. Featuring advanced Swedish fingerprint recognition, the Keypad identifies individual fingerprints quickly and accurately. Use it to unlock your SwitchBot Lock via fingerprint, passcode, or card swipe, all without needing your smartphone. With customizable passcodes, backlit keys for dark environments, and the ability to log up to 100 cards, it’s ideal for families, visitors, or rental properties. Its IP65 waterproof construction and long battery life (up to 2 years) make it a durable and convenient solution for any home.

How to use:
- Install the Keypad: Attach the keypad outside your door using the included screws or adhesive.
- Power On: Insert batteries and the device will initialize automatically.
- Pair with SwitchBot App: Open the SwitchBot app.
Tap “+” to add the Keypad and follow on-screen instructions to link it with your SwitchBot Lock.
- Register Fingerprints or Cards: Use the app or device interface to add up to 20 fingerprints or 100 cards.
- Set Passcodes: Configure secure passcodes for family, friends, or temporary visitors.
- Unlocking Options: Fingerprint: Place registered finger on the sensor.
- Swipe Card: Swipe a registered card across the sensor.
- Passcode: Enter digits on the keypad. Backlight helps in low-light conditions.
- Locking: Simply press the lock button to secure your door without using your phone.

For a minimum net purchase of S$150 on METRO.COM.SG, customers are entitled to complimentary local delivery within Singapore (mainland only).

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.

For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.

For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
