The SwitchBot Hub 2 is a versatile smart home hub that connects your devices and gives you full control over your environment. It supports Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and infrared appliances, allowing even older devices like curtains and blinds to become smarter. Built-in Swiss-made sensors provide accurate temperature, humidity, and light readings, viewable through the SwitchBot app with real-time alerts. Use Smart Buttons to control multiple devices in a single tap or set up automated Scenes to adjust lighting and air conditioning for work, sleep, or leaving home. Hub 2 is the foundation for a connected, convenient, and intelligent smart home.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
Non-Exchangeable/ Non-Refundable Products
Products under the following categories are non-exchangeable and non-refundable due to hygiene concerns:-
