The Hydra-Global discovery program contains:
- Hydra-Global 40ml: intensive hydrating, anti-ageing skincare product designed to provide a comprehensive solution to the phenomenon of skin dehydration. Its cream-gel texture is fluid and matte. This formula contains a combination of essential Oils (Marjoram, Lavender and Sage), plant-based active ingredients (Padina pavonica, Wild pansy, Chestnut), and minerals, (Malachite extract) that work on 3 levels to restore the skin's natural moisture balance and restart hydration functions deep within the epidermis.
- Eau Efficace 30ml: gentle make-up remover is a 3 in 1 product. It removes make-up from the face and eyes, cleanses, and tones skin. Formulated with plant-based saponins with strong cleansing powers, it removes impurities and traces of pollution accumulated over the course of the day, preserving skin's radiance.
- Express Flower Gel 10ml: is a very fresh, moisturising, and toning cream-gel mask specifically designed for dehydrated, lifeless, or tired-looking skin.
- Hydra-Global Serum 5ml: fundamental daily step in reinforcing the skin's power of auto-hydration. It boosts the skin’s intensive natural hydration.

Click & Collect
The earliest collection date available will be 5 working days (Monday – Friday) after your order has been placed. Please present your order confirmation email for verification purposes.Kindly collect your order within 60 days after your order is ready for collection. Metro reserved the rights to cancel and refund such unclaimed orders.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
Non-Exchangeable/ Non-Refundable Products
