This Meyer Stainless Steel Steamer Set allows you to cook fresh ingredients in one of the most nutritious ways. Multiple tiers allow for a more efficient cooking in the kitchen. It includes 3 different components that you can use for steaming ans stewing multiple dishes at the same time: an 8.5L Casserole, an adjustable chamber, 3 perforated stainless-steel trays for 360 degree steaming, an extra wide tempered glass lid and a trivet. The chamber size is adjustable; the casserole has a capacity of 8.5L which can be expanded to 17L by adding another tier to allow steaming a large number of dishes. Components nest together within more than half the original height, saving precious storage space.

This Steamer Set is ideal for steaming vegetables, dumplings, fish as well as tough white and red meat, even cakes.

Use & Care
- Unpack and clean the cookware before first use. Heat cookware with a suitable amount of oil, starting with low to medium heat.
- After cooking, let your stainless steel cookware cool down first before exposure to cold water. This will protect your cookware from warping and cracking.
- If you observe any white spots on your cookware, treat it by using a stainless steel cleaning solution, or by boiling a solution of three parts water to one vinegar, letting it cool, and then cleaning it as you normally would.
- Never steam frozen meat, poultry, or seafood directly from the freezer. Always defrost completely beforehand
- Place the largest pieces of food with the longest cooking time in the bottom steam compartment.
- Take care when removing the drip tray. While other parts of the unit may be cool, the water in the water basin and the drip may still be very hot.
- Do not expose your stainless steel cookware to cold water directly after cooking, as they will be more prone to warping and cracking in the long run.
