Awarded Thermalware of the Year (2014–2019), it’s crafted from food-grade 18/8 stainless steel that’s non-reactive, toxin-free, BPA-free, FDA-approved, and completely leak-proof. The extra-wide mouth allows easy filling and pouring.
Care: Clean with warm water and mild dishwashing liquid before first use, using a soft foam brush instead of metal or hard plastic. For stubborn stains, soak with hot water mixed with vinegar, lemon juice, or bicarbonate soda, then rinse thoroughly.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
