The fibres absorb only a small volume of water, the loops take care of the floor. Moisture-sensitive and valuable wooden floors remain durable good and well looked after even after years. The wiper cover is washable at 60°C and does not loose its cleaning power even after repeated washings.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
