La Gourmet Cast Iron cookware is highly versatile and can be used on all heat sources, including open fire, gas, electric, ceramic, and induction. For best results, always heat the cookware gradually, as cast iron retains heat and distributes it evenly; once hot, lower your fire or settings to preserve the flavours in casseroles and stews. Never heat an empty pan or allow it to boil dry, as this can damage the enamelled interior—always add oil or liquid before turning on the heat. For grilling or searing, use the designated grill pans, and handle the cookware with oven mitts or silicone holders during cooking. After use, allow the cookware to cool before washing, keep it clean and free of food residues, and dry thoroughly—placing it on a warm burner can help ensure it is completely dry.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
