Please present your order confirmation email for verification purposes.Kindly collect your order within 60 days after your order is ready for collection. Metro reserved the rights to cancel and refund such unclaimed orders.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
Non-Exchangeable/ Non-Refundable Products
Products under the following categories are non-exchangeable and non-refundable due to hygiene concerns:-
