The Ballarini Ferrara Granitium range has a Granitium Extreme coating for extremely scratch-resistant non-stick cooking. The steel and aluminum base stores heat and conducts it evenly so that the pan heats up quickly.

The ergonomic handle with thermal insulation and integrated stainless steel flame protection ensures safe handling. In addition, Thermopoint technology is integrated into the handle. After use, let the pan cool down and then wash your Balarrini pan in hot water with dish liquid and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not use abrasive or corrosive products, scouring powder or metal scouring pads. If any food residue remains stuck on the dish, simply leave it to soak in hot water for 10 to 20 minutes and then use a sponge to remove the remaining food. Do not use metal utensils. Discontinue use if any scratches are detected.
