Bird’s Nest Beverage With Vegan Collagen and Rock Sugar (Low Sugar) is made from pure bird’s nest and is processed under state-of-the-art technology high-voltage vacuum sterilization and HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point) standards to keep the products hygiene and fresh.

The bird’s Nest is ready for consumption, shake well before use, to consume within 24 hours after opening as it contains no preservatives. Please keep in a dry cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
