Happycall Onde Ceramic Pot adopts an anti-corrosion method composed of 8 phases. Fine quality ceramic provides strong and durable cooking surfaces. Natural and with no harmful chemicals, it provides excellent non-stick function and is extremely easy to clean.
The pot comes with the Happycall self-standing glass lid, which includes an automatic steam vent that reduces the chance of overflow by up to 80%.
Happycall Diamond Porcelain Wokpan features a superb diamond non-stick interior with five-layer diamond DNC coating, offering high abrasion resistance, ultra-tough scratch protection, and excellent non-stick performance. Its exterior is coated with heat-resistant silica, an inorganic and safe material, making cleaning simple and easy while ensuring durability against scratches and wear. The pan is compatible with all heat sources, including induction, gas stoves, ceramic, and halogen.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
