Its aerospace-grade 3-layer ScratchDefense™ nonstick coating resists scratches, sticking, and flaking—even with metal utensils. The aluminium core and induction-compatible stainless steel base deliver fast, even heat across the entire surface, while the cast silicone handles provide a secure, cool grip. The wok includes a tough, clear, shatter-resistant glass lid with dual-sized straining holes for easy draining, making it ideal for stir-fries, steaming, and other culinary tasks. Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
