How To Use A Fragrance Diffuser:

Step 1: Insert the sticks into the bottle to absorb the fragrance oil for 1 to 2 days. Use fewer sticks if a milder scent is preferred

Step 2: Once the base of the sticks has absorbed the fragrance oil, turn them around and put the dry end of the sticks into the bottle

Step 3: After the sticks have fully absorbed the fragrance oil, a subtle and delicate aroma will be released into the air for 2-4 months

- Hand or machine wash in cold/warm water (<30C) on gentle cycle.
- Wash dark and bright colours separately.
- Use mild detergent.

- Tumble dry on low heat.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.

For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.

For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
