T&Cs
Payment: Non-refundable
Shoot Duration: Approximately 30 mins
Rescheduling and Cancellation: Possible rescheduling can only be made 3 days before the shoot subjected tothe availability of slot. The rescheduled shoot must be within 7 days from the original date.
No-Show: There will be no refund or rescheduling for no-show.
Deliverables: 1 set of 3 images, Image height (3000 pixels, 300 dpi), within 10-14 days
Liability: The photographer, studio and Metro assume no responsibility for any personal injury (person and pets) or damage to personal property during the shoot.

Local Delivery
You will receive your order 3-5 working days (Monday – Friday) after your order has been placed.

Click & Collect
The earliest collection date available will be 5 working days (Monday – Friday) after your order has been placed. Please present your order confirmation email for verification purposes.Kindly collect your order within 60 days after your order is ready for collection. Metro reserved the rights to cancel and refund such unclaimed orders.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.

For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.

For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.

Non-Exchangeable/ Non-Refundable Products
