The Zojirushi NL-BGQ05 Rice Cooker features a 5mm thick black inner pan and wide, shallow design for efficient heat conduction, ensuring perfectly cooked rice every time. Triple heat from the lid, sides, and bottom, combined with strong boiling, produces flavorful rice while the large steam vent prevents boiling over. With multiple menu settings, detachable washable inner lid, and regular/extended keep warm options, serving rice is convenient and precise.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
